The 2024 Fiano was cane prunned, leaf pluck and thinned. These practises help manage the canopy and crop load to ensure we are starting with high quality fruit at the winery.

With high-quality juice from the outset, we allowed the wine to settle before fermenting it at 13-15 degrees, stopping the process precisely when the ideal sweet-sour balance was achieved

Bright floral aromas lead to a palate displaying grapefruit and lemon characteristics.
